Conscious Connection Retreat

Reconnect with yourself, each other, and the land.

Join us for a nourishing weekend on our permaculture property in rural France.
Surrounded by open fields, forests, abundant plant and animal life,
and community living, this retreat invites you to slow down, switch off your phone,
ground yourself, and return to what truly matters. This retreat is open to all ages and all genders.

Over the course of the weekend, we will explore three layers of connection:

Our bodies are not designed to be constantly running, performing, and spending our days indoors. At times, we are called to step back and re-treat from the hustle of daily life. We invite you to reconnect. Reconnect with your body. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Slow down and return to the present moment.

Through daily movement practices, yoga and meditation, phone-free days, and silent mornings, you are given the space to gently reconnect with yourself. Held on a beautiful permaculture farm in rural France, you will wake to the sound of birds, surrounded by open fields and forests. Through a hands-on permaculture workshop, you will reconnect with nature, learn how food is grown, and experience a more earth-rooted way of living. In a small group of like-minded individuals, we create a safe and supportive container for conscious connection. Through guided practices and living together in community, you will explore what it means to connect with others from the heart, with presence, openness, and intention.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, deepen awareness, and cultivate conscious connection with yourself, others, and the land.

We offer free pick-up from Flers station (Normandy), which is easily accessible from Paris. Train tickets can be purchased via SNCF or Omio.

For guests traveling from the Netherlands, we recommend taking the Eurostar or a FlixBus or BlaBlaCar to Paris. Please allow at least one hour to transfer between stations in Paris by metro.

We also offer a round-trip transfer from Utrecht (the Netherlands) by minivan or car, depending on interest. Departure is on Friday the 22nd at 08:00, with arrival back on Monday the 25th at 22:00. A minimum of four people is required and a maximum of eight seats are available until the end of April. If there is insufficient interest, we will inform you one month in advance and fully refund the transport costs.
